VR Costume Designs

So honored to be designing costumes for Julie Saltman, creator of the first ever, state of the art, VR Broadway Showcase set to premiere in Time Square of NYC on October 15, 2017. 

Logo for the show was designed by my famous Hollywood friend and Epic Marvel Costume Illustrator, Christian Cordella. 

'Taking Wing: Legends of Emimencia' is the story of young Nya. Eager to grow up and anxious to escape the constant bullying from her fellow Fairies, Nya often wanders the various realms of the kingdom, looking for a way to prove how exceptional she is. Her wanderings lead her to King Maldor, the last of the mighty Griffins and the hero of Emimencia. Despite defending the kingdom from the ever-present threat of invading Goblins, he finds himself lonely, as throughout the kingdom he is more feared than loved. When Nya approaches King Maldor for help, a fledgling friendship is formed -- but instead of helping each other overcome their problems, greed and pride start to make matters worse, weakening their new bond and the safety of everyone in Emimencia. If only they would listen to Valedes, the wise Phoenix and advisor to the King. With Nya growing more selfish and King Maldor withering from his own misguided generosity, it’s up to Valedes to save them from themselves and keep the kingdom from falling apart. For the Goblins are returning… A morality tale told with music, puppets, virtual reality and more, 'Taking Wing: Legends of Emimencia' is a story of finding what you need by being there for others.
